Training for Members
Members of IBEW 2228. Working with Alison, a massive open online course provider, I have setup a portal for our members to receive free training. While Alison’s courses are always free, as a gesture from one social enterprise to another, our members who sign up through our portal will not need to watch the normally unskippable advertisements at the start of each lesson. For our portal, I have selected a number of technical courses that I felt would be helpful in our workplaces but I would encourage anybody to explore the many other courses that Alison has to offer. I appreciate this opportunity to work with Alison and I hope that everybody who is interested finds value in the courses that are offered.
