Signing of TB Agreement Delayed
The long-awaiting signing of our collective agreement has been delayed until October 26, 2012. The delay is due to the extra time required by Treasury Board staff to prepare the final versions of collective in both official languages.
Sadly, your benefits are at the mercy of administrative staff that have no stake in the process or the outcome. Moreover, the Treasury Board Secretariat rejected our proposal to implement the terms effective October 1, 2012 and sign the agreement at a later date.
