Ratification kits on the way
Ratification kits are currently being prepared and will be posted to all active members by December 6, 2013. These kits include a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the Negotiating Team\'s recommendation. They will be mailed by Intelivote, an electronic voting service provider.
Active members are members that have completed a membership application and paid the initiation fee, are currently employed in the bargaining unit, are not more than three months in arrears and not on participating withdrawal. If you believe you are eligible to vote but do not receive your kit by December 13, a \"segregated\" PIN will be issued and you status will be determine by the election judge prior to the vote count.
Members will be able to vote as soon as they receive their kits and until December 23, 2013 at 12:00 noon EST. Results will be posted on the website as soon as possible following the close of the polls.
