Tentative agreement reached with NAV CANADA
Your negotiating team is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of collective bargaining with NAV CANADA. A memorandum of settlement was reached after 14 days of face-to-face negotiations beginning in September 2017. The agreement is now subject to ratification by the members.
In the coming days, the following information will be made available to the members through the Local Union website:
- highlights of the collective agreement including details of the memorandum of settlement and bargaining language agreed to;
- dates, times and locations of information meetings; and
- electronic voting procedures.
