The Local’s negotiating team met with Nav Canada from the 4^th to the 8^th of November.

 

The employer delivered several presentations to the team regarding employee demographics, changes to the Canada Pension Plan and the overall financial status of the company.

 

The local presented the employer with several proposals on a variety of topics, and while those issues were not concluded during the first round of negotiations, a number of non-monetary items were discussed and agreed to.

 

The Local’s Team will be meeting with the employer the week of December 9^th to continue bargaining.
