National Mental Health Week
Dear Members,
National Mental Health Week is May 4th-10th. With the current situation, it seems appropriate to shine a light on the various Mental Health initiatives that are available. Given the changes to our lives that have been necessary recently, along with the additional stresses of worrying about our families, financial concerns, and all the unknowns, it is more important than ever that we all take care of ourselves and each other, and recognize the hardships we are all going through.
The following are a list of some of the resources that are available to support you:

Remember that your Employee Assistance Programs are also available to you during this time and if you are in distress you can also contact your nearest crisis centre.
We remain, as always, available to you should you require assistance.
In solidarity,
Meaghan Olmstead
