Based on the vote results of 62.3% of the voting membership voting NO to Question 1, the results of Question 2 are irrelevant.

The local will be informing Nav Canada of the vote results today. The next steps are to meet with the company and confirm:
1. The official process for the surplus employees and the regional definitions.
2. The expected timelines for the wage increase process.
We expect to be able to communicate the results of both discussions this week, as soon as possible. We recognize this has been a difficult time for the membership at Nav Canada, and we thank everyone who engaged and voted.
