I?m pleased to report that the Chair of the Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB) has convened a panel and appointed the employer and bargaining agent nominees.  The next step is for the nominees to agree on a chairman for the panel.  This is expected to occur within a few days.

Once the panel has been selected, the parties will begin discussing dates for a hearing.  Please continue watching the web site for further developments and information regarding hearing dates.
