NAV CANADA retirees are reminded to apply for their healthcare benefits within 60 days from their retirement date.  The sixty-day time limit was recently introduced.  Although exceptions have been made, the trustees are reporting that they will be enforcing the time limit more strictly in the future.  NAV CANADA has also been asked to ensure their communications are clear and consistent.
