Benefit Plans Cyclical Review Notice
Please take note that the NAV CANADA Benefit Plans are scheduled for a cyclical review in 2013. Items to be reviewed include
? Supplementary Health Care (including Vision Care)
? Dental Care
? Basic Life Insurance
? Business Travel Insurance
? Disability Insurance
Members wishing to submit proposals for any of these items must do so before November 30, 2012 for their input to be considered. Please be sure to include as much information as possible to support the proposal.
