NAV CANADA Job Description Review
The draft job descriptions have been completed. The joint committee consisting of Scott Burke, Wayne Pike and Blaine Larsen is proceeding with a validation exercise before the Job Descriptions can be finalized.
Certain members whose Job Profile Questionnaires (JPQ) were selected for the Classification process and their associated managers will be contacted to participate in the validation. They will be asked to compare the draft job descriptions with the JPQ?s for content and accuracy. Feedback from this validation process will be returned to the joint Union-Management committee for review before finalizing the Job Descriptions. The committee may do further research if required before finalizing a Job Description. The committee hopes to have the process completed by the end of June 2013.
