NAV CANADA Contract Extension
Further to my web-posting dated December 9, 2015, ratification kits are currently being prepared and will be mailed to all active members by March 15, 2016. These kits include a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a copy of the memorandum of settlement. As in the past, the vote will be administered by Intelivote, an electronic voting service provider.
Active members are members that have completed a membership application and paid the initiation fee, are currently employed in the bargaining unit, are not more than three months in arrears and not on participating withdrawal. If you believe you are eligible to vote but do not receive your kit by March 22, 2016, a \"segregated\" PIN will be issued and your status will be determine by the election judge prior to the vote count.
Members will be able to vote as soon as they receive their kits and until April 8, 2016 at 12:00 noon EST. Results will be posted on the website as soon as possible following the close of the polls.
